Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-round contest which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the pair confronted each other to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British rival Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul met for the usual stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the match is really proceeding.
